Molded parts

Molded parts are customer-specific elastomer parts that are created on the basis of drawings and manufactured in close coordination with the customer in accordance with the individual installation conditions and application in question.

micro-precision parts

Micro-precision parts are articles with part weights down to 0.05 g and very close dimensional tolerances. This includes both O-rings with cord- or inner diameters of less than 1,00 mm and drawing-specific, filigree molded parts.

Flat gaskets

Flat gaskets are made of calendered or compression-molded sheet material. Flat gaskets are characterized by two plane-parallel surfaces with different contours. Radial-symmetrical flat gaskets are the simplest version. The manufacturing processes possible are water jet, plotter and laser cutting and punching.
